Concierge Design

Concierge Design

Perfect for the client who wants a custom look and wants a professional to handle all of the details. Sourced items can be purchased at retail stores, wholesale sources, or a combination.

With our Concierge Design, we will decide together specifically how much design assistance will fit your needs, and your budget from Initial Consultation to the last window treatment and accessory placed in just the perfect space.

I offer this higher level of  personalized and premier design service for a one of a kind look and feel. 


Design Fee

Phase I:     $350
Phase II:    Starting at $1,800*  (fee is dependent on size and/or number of rooms)
Phase III:   Design Fee, Budget, and Level of Customization determined during Phase II. 


How it works:

Phase I Initial Consultation

After finishing your online questionnaire, I will schedule our first appointment with you and any other decision makers for the project. We will talk about your vision for the room, your design aesthetic, inspiration photos, etc. Payment for this initial consultation is $350, if you decide to move forward with Phase II of the Concierge Design, this amount will be applied to your design fee. I will present a Letter of Agreement with the design fee through the point of Client Presentation (end  of Phase II).

Phase II: 

On site Measurement, Photo and Trade Day

I will schedule a day to return in order to measure and photograph the space, and if necessary schedule trades people to come out in order to have accurate estimates.

Initial Concept/Design Development and Budgeting

Taking the information I gathered so far, I will start the research and design phase of the project. Here I will layout a furniture plan for your space, source goods and services for initial budget estimates, including design fee estimate for project competition.

Client Presentation

This is the fun part—where your vision starts to become reality! In this meeting you get to see the vision for your room, initial selections, recommendations, and budget numbers which include but are not limited to goods, services, and Phase III Design Fee. Of course, we will make any necessary changes to the plans, so you are comfortable with the items I’ve recommended and the budget numbers. (Up to two revisions, then hourly rate applies).

Phase III:

Implementation, Installation, & Coordination

At this point you will have the necessary information in order for you to decide to move forward and at what level of designer involvement.  A new design contract will be created for the final phase of the project.  


We hired Vicki after purchasing our first home and it was the best choice we made! I had a vision for what I wanted (rustic feel) but had no idea how to execute it. I couldn’t even pick out paint colors on my own! Vicki came over and brought all of her supplies and helped me pick the right colors to set the right feel for what I was looking for. She saved us TONS of time and money by helping us pick the right look the first time around. She knew how to work with lighting, textures and bringing all of the aspects together for one cohesive look. The best part is that she was very efficient with her time which meant that we were able to get A LOT done without it costing much at all. This was absolutely the best investment in interior design. Thanks to Vicki, my home is my favorite place to be!
